Scavenger hunt and Canobie Lake Park

While we were away in July, the kids competed against each other in a photo scavenger hunt. I came up with a list of items and gave each item a points value. There were 3 teams of 2. Team #1. Amanda and her boyfriend Chris, Team #2. Jeremy and his girlfriend Brittny and Team #3. Alyssa and Stephanie.

Hundreds of photos were taken. These are some of the best ones!

The Winning team of the scavenger hunt was Alyssa and Stephanie.  As their prize we took them to Canobie Lake. Nikki, Tommy and Tyler came with us.

I hung out with this little cutie while the others went on some rides. It was crazy how busy it was. I swear each ride took about 40 minutes because lines were so long.

The park stayed open until 11. Everyone had a lot of fun. Tyler fell asleep right when it got dark so I just pushed his carriage around. I don't do rides anyway. In October Canobie has Screeemfest with haunted houses and monsters walking around. We might go back then?

An Evening At The Beach

I remember years ago thinking, "When our children are older we will have more time to do things".  So far, I couldn't have been more wrong! One of the things, we haven't had a lot of time to do, is go to the beach. We might fit in a walk here or there, but we have not been able to go and spend a few hours. I decided that I wanted to take beach photos of the two youngest. I had them put on cute dresses and I called my sister Nikki (last minute) and told her to meet us there with my nephews.
