The Mount Washington Hotel

By the time we got to the hotel, the girls and I needed to use the bathroom. Since the parking lot is so far away, my husband dropped us off at the door.

Here is my little goober taking selfies with my camera in the bathroom.

The Mount Washington Hotel has a beautiful bathroom! :)

We expected to see the others sitting out in the lobby but they weren't there.  We didn't see them outside so we walked around the hotel looking for them.

After checking everywhere we could imagine, we decided that they simply must not be in the hotel so we went outside. Turns out, as we roamed around the hotel looking for them, they were all playing chess! There is a life size chess game outside by the parking lot.You can't see it from the hotels veranda.

We got in the cars to leave and on the way out, we spotted horses. Horses were on the scavenger hunt list so the kids wanted to get some photos of them.

We spent too much time at the hotel. It was now getting late and we had quite a ways to go before we reached Chutters in Littleton.
